missing refrigerator lack of cutlery
The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no refrigerator. I also missed having glasses available in the room for drinks. I also found no cutlery present in the room.

central location helpful staff glass wall shower door
The location is quite good. it is in the center. during the night there was plenty of peace. the staff is helpful, i found a speciality coffee cafeteria downstairs. I could have good coffee there.
the bathroom wall offered no privacy, it was glass. the shower door did not fully close. it let water through to the wood floor and then to the bedroom. i wish the bathroom was more private.

Charming Stay in the City Center
perfect location friendly staff convenient bar
The location was PERFECT! I could walk to all the major attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly at all times. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar on site. It was so convenient.
The bathroom setup wasn't ideal, the glass wall around the shower and toilet made it a bit odd.

The staff was always very kind and ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. their english speaking was excellent, which i find AMAZING!!!

My room had a comfy bed with soft pillows. The room also had hand sanitizer available. Everything was clean and well-kept. It was a lovely space to return to each evening.

great location big bed netflix access ceiling leakage wet floor slow maintenance
the location were great, with restaurants close. the bed were big. netflix were on the tvs.
water were leaking from the ceiling when guests took showers. the floor were wet when i entered. maintenance did fix it, but floor were still wet when i returns.

great location comfortable bed modern amenities
I was charmed by the hotel's great location. It was really easy to find. modern amenities were present in the hotel, i noticed. the bed in my room was super comfortable. the staff were amazing, especially on reception!
The bathroom had a strange design with glass walls. It offered little sound or visual privacy which was a little awkward.

The hotel is very close to historic buildings. I could easily walk to the cathedral in about ten minutes. the area felt very lively. I often saw musicians playing in the streets. this.

There are numerous restaurants near the hotel, this offers many dining options. a coffee shop exists inside the reception. It made getting a quick refreshment easy. it's a nice touch for starting the day with coffee.

The room's decor gave it a boutique-like feeling. It's something i appreciated. there was daily change of bedding and towels. This kept everything fresh. the room had everything necessary. I felt quite cozy and it was a pleasure.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. they happily stored my luggage when i arrived early. This was very accommodating. their helpfulness definitely enhanced my overall experience!

great location city center helpful staff funky smell sewage combination soundproof issue
the hotel had a great location in the city center. all of the tourist spots were super close. the staff were really helpful and friendly, i liked them.
the room smelled a bit funky. it was like old room mixed with sewage. the room wasnt soundproof at all, i heard everything from other rooms.
